from my research I dont think you can in the grocery stores!. If you can buy the plant and grow it at home and harvest the berries when ready any time you want!. Just an idea though

I did find a link but it wont let me post it on here, that In most states Miracle Fruit is Banned!. So you might wanna do a google search for your area and see if thats one of them!. Yes the FDA has banned certain things!.
